摘要
以数控机床用的深沟球轴承为研究对象,分析其运转中的振型及结构疲劳寿命。首先通过Solidworks建立了深沟球轴承的三维模型,利用ANSYS对轴承进行模态及谐响应分析,获得轴承在固有振动频率以及在各阶次频率下的固有振型变化,同时借助有限元谐响应分析,确定了对轴承影响最大的模态频率。其次利用ANSYS中的Faigue模块对轴承进行了疲劳寿命研究,通过结合材料的S-N曲线理论以及Hertz接触理论,对轴承的疲劳寿命进行了预估分析。仿真结果表明:在满足轴承强度工况下,固有频率1125Hz为结构共振最大点,且轴承的寿命范围为5937.7~1×10^6次,为后续轴承结构优化提供参考。
The deep groove ball bearing of CNC machine tool is taken as the research object and the vibration mode and structural fatigue life in operation are analyzed.First,a three-dimensional model of deep groove ball bearing is established by Solidworks.By using ANSYS to analyze the modal and harmonic response of the bearing,the natural vibration frequencies of the bearing and the changes of the natural vibration modes at different frequencies are obtained.At the same time,by means of finite element harmonic response analysis,the modal frequency which has the greatest bearing on the bearing is determined.Secondly,the fatigue life of bearings is studied by using Faigue module in ANSYS.The fatigue life of bearings is predicted and analyzed by combining the S-N curve theory of materials and Hertz contact theory.The simulation results show that under the condition of bearing strength,the natural frequency 1125Hz is the maximum point of structural resonance,and the service life of the bearing ranges from 5937.7 to 1×10^6 times,which provides a reference for subsequent structural optimization.
