摘要
目的:探究对胸腰椎骨折患者使用后路减压、丁棒系统内固定手术对患者睡眠质量的影响与临床治疗效果观察。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年5月来福建省龙岩市第一医院就诊的胸腰椎骨折患者102例作为研究对象,将这些骨折患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组51例,对照组接受常规手术治疗,观察组采用后路减压、丁棒系统内固定手术治疗,对2组患者睡眠质量和恢复情况进行比较。结果:2组患者在治疗前的VAS疼痛评分无统计学意义(P>0.05),接受不同手术方式治疗后,2组患者VAS疼痛评分与手术前比较均有明显降低,但观察组患者此时疼痛评分也要优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者睡眠质量评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率高达92.16%(47/51),超过对照组的68.63%(35/51),差异可以比较(P<0.05)。结论:使用后路减压、丁棒系统内固定手术治疗胸腰椎骨折可取得较高治愈率,可有效降低患者痛感,显著提高患者睡眠质量,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of posterior decompression and bar system internal fixation on sleep quality of patients with thoracolumbar fracture and observe the clinical therapeutic effect.Methods:We selected in January 2018-May 2019 to our hospital 102 cases of patients with thoracolumbar fractures as the research object,the fracture patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,set up cases patients was 51 cases in each group,control group accepted routine surgical treatment,the experimental group with posterior decompression,butyl bar system internal fixation surgery,sleep quality and recovery of two groups of patients were compared.Results:Two groups of patients before treatment the VAS pain score of no significant difference(P>0.05),different surgery after treatment,two groups of patients with pain VAS score were significantly decreased compared with before the operation,but the experimental group patients pain score at this time also is better than the control group(P<0.05),the experimental group patients sleep quality score was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),the experimental group total effective rate 92.16%(47/51),68.63%more than in the control group(35/51),the difference can be compared(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of thoracolumbar fracture with posterior decompression and bar system internal fixation can achieve a higher cure rate,effectively reduce the pain of patients,significantly improve the sleep quality of patients,it is worth promoting.
