陆地高光谱遥感数据的大气校正算法分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对大气散射、气溶胶散射和太阳反射等因素影响,使传感器接收到的数据与地表反射的数据不一致,造成遥感图像失真的问题,本文为了将高光谱成像数据用于陆地表面的定量遥感,必须消除大气影响,对所获得的信息进行大气校正。通过运用辐射传输模型法对遥感数据进行大气校正,并采用经验法与辐射传输模型法相结合的混合方法进行大气校正。研究结果表明,将ATREM和现场光谱测量相结合,可以在与校准点不同的海拔上改善大气校正,地面校准消除了与传感器伪影和辐射传输模型相关的残留误差。该研究可以使遥感图像准确地获得地表信息。 In view of the influence of atmospheric scattering,aerosol scattering,solar reflection and other factors,the data received by the sensor are not consistent with the data reflected from the ground surface,resulting in the distortion of remote sensing image.In order to use hyperspectral imaging data for quantitative remote sensing of the land surface,the atmospheric impact must be eliminated,and the obtained information must be atmospheric corrected.We use radiative transfer model method to calibrate the remote sensing data,and use the mixed method of empirical method and radiative transfer model method to calibrate the atmosphere.The results show that the combination of ATREM and field spectral measurement can improve the atmospheric correction at different altitudes from the calibration point,and the ground calibration can eliminate the residual errors related to sensor artifacts and radiation transfer models.This research can make the remote sensing image get the surface information accurately.
