摘要
文章以大英图书馆商业与知识产权中心为研究对象,对该中心的建立背景、服务内容及合作模式进行介绍,在对空间及文献、咨询及培训、合作平台搭建、深度研究、知识产权等主要服务内容深入分析的基础上,提炼其在创新创业支持服务中的特点,包括基于文献传递拓展服务范围,重视服务项目的合理规划与阶段评估,建立全国服务网络,与机构合作促进服务深化、注重品牌建设及影响力等,以期为国内图书馆的"双创"服务部署与开展提供新思路。
This paper investigates the services of the Business and Intellectual Property Center of the British Library,and reveals its background,services and cooperation models.Based on the in-depth analysis of the main services,such as service of space and document delivery,consulting and training,building cooperation platforms,in-depth research services and intellectual property clinic,it refines characteristics in the innovation and entrepreneurship support services,which are extending scope of services based on document delivery,paying attention to the well planning and regular evaluation of service projects,building the national network,deepening cooperation with partners,focusing on brand building and broaden the influence.The study aims to provide new ideas for the deployment and development of innovation and entrepreneurship support services for domestic libraries.
