摘要
为了提高汽车底盘整体合装拧紧工艺的生产效率和优化生产费用,文章针对各拧紧工艺的定义和优缺点,采用理论分析和工厂实际运行情况相结合的对比方法,分别分析了设备全自动拧紧工艺、托盘集成套筒自动拧紧工艺、半自动拧紧工艺、人工拧紧工艺。结果表明:若工厂长期只生产单一平台车型,推荐托盘集成套筒拧紧工艺;若工厂长期多平台混线,推荐半自动拧紧工艺。
In order to improve the automobile chassis overall and tighten the process of production efficiency and optimize production costs,tighten the process definition and its advantages and disadvantages are also given in this paper,the theoretical analysis and comparison of the factory actual running situation of the combination of methods,respectively analyzes the equipment automatic tightening process,automatic pallet integrated socket screw,semiautomatic tighten process,artificial tighten.The results show that if the factory only produces single-platform models for a long time,the pallet integrated sleeve tightening process is recommended;if the factory produces multi-platform mixed wires for a long time,the semi-automatic tightening process is recommended.
