摘要
研究采用实训设备共享、扩大职业培训范围、搭建社会服务平台、扩展实训项目等方法,提高高职院校实训设备的利用率。以数控车床故障实验台为例,介绍了通过扩展实训项目提高实训设备利用率的效果。该实验台用于电工技术课程部分实践教学环节、PLC控制技术课程部分实践教学以及机械设备拆装与调试部分实践教学,使实验台平均每天利用时间从4 h提高到8 h。
To improve the utilization rate of training equipment in higher vocational colleges, research is carried out on the adoptation of the methods such as sharing training equipment, extending the scope of vocational training, building a social service platform, expanding training projects, etc. By taking NC lathe failure test-bed as an example, the effect of improving the utilization rate of training equipment by expanding training items is introduced. This experimental platform is used in some practical teaching links such as the Electrical Technology course, some practical teaching of the PLC Control Technology course, and some practical teaching of mechanical equipment disassembly and debugging, and the average daily utilization time of the experimental platform is increased from 4 hours to 8 hours.
