SPSS软件优化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物改性沥青制备工艺 被引量:1

摘要 采用高速剪切法,以AH-90重交通道路沥青为原料,苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)为改性剂,减二线抽出油为增容剂,硫磺为稳定剂,制备了SBS改性沥青。运用SPSS软件设计了5因素4水平正交实验,并对影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:工艺条件对改性沥青贮存稳定性的影响由强到弱按下列顺序依次递减,发育温度、发育时间、剪切时间、剪切转速、剪切温度;在上述各值依次为165℃,2 h,1.0 h,3000 r/min,170℃的最佳条件下,当改性剂SBS、硫磺和减二线抽出油加入质量分数依次为4.5%,0.3%,5.0%时,所制备的SBS改性沥青各项性能均可满足JTG F 40-2004要求。 The styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS)modified asphalts were prepared by high-speed shearing method with AH-90 asphalt as matrix asphalt,SBS as modifier,vacuum second line extract distillates as compatibilizer,and sulfur as stabilizer.The orthogonal experiments of five factors and four levels were designed by SPSS software and the influence factors were analyzed.The results showed that the influence of process conditions on storage stability of modified asphalts decreased from strong to weak in the following orders,development temperature,development time,shearing time,shearing speed and shearing temperature.Under the optimal conditions of 165℃,2 h,1.0 h,3000 r/min and 170℃respectively,the properties of SBS modified asphalts could meet the requirements of JTG F 40-2004 with the modifier,stabilizer and compatibilizer using the mass fraction of 4.5%,0.3%,5.0%respectively.
