摘要
建立铁路四电工程项目建设全过程质量控制模型,对明确质量控制状况和质量管控瓶颈环节,提高铁路四电工程项目质量管控水平,降低质量事故风险有重要意义。首先从全生命周期视角,探究铁路四电工程建设各阶段的工序质量与工期的紧密联系,分析铁路四电工程项目全生命周期质量控制流程。在此基础上基于广义随机Petri网理论,构建铁路四电工程建设全过程质量控制LQC模型并检验模型的有效性。最后从库所平均托肯数、变迁利用率方面给出时间维度下的铁路四电工程全过程质量水平计算方法。以某新建铁路四电工程为例,根据提出的LQC模型得到该实际工程的质量控制水平及质量瓶颈环节,为相关单位合理配置质量管理资源和瓶颈优化提供一定的参考依据。
The establishment of the whole-process quality control model of railway four electric/electronic systems engineer(communication, signal, traction power, electric power) project will improve the quality control level of railway four electric/electronic systems engineer and reduce the quality risk. Firstly, this paper explored the close relationship between process quality and construction period of each stage of railway four electric/electronic systems engineer from the perspective of lifecycle. Then, according to the analysis on the whole lifecycle quality control process of railway four electric/electronic systems engineer, the LQC model of the whole-process quality control model for railway four electric/electronic systems engineer was constructed and tested based on generalized stochastic Petri net. Finally, the whole-process quality control level of the railway four electric/electronic systems engineer in time dimension was given from the average number of Token and the utilization rate of change. Based on the case study of a new railway four electric/electronic systems engineer, the quality control level and quality bottleneck link of the project were obtained based on the proposed LQC model, which can provide some reference for the relevant enterprises to rationally allocate quality management resources and optimize the bottleneck.
