摘要
介绍了潜空导弹的作战使命、作战特点以及对抗环境,结合潜空导弹的作战流程,明确潜空导弹的作战能力需求,构建作战效能评价指标体系,对传统ADC方法进行改进,并结合模糊综合评判法提出适合潜空导弹作战条件的新的评估方法,建立评估模型,分析模型中的各因素,为未来潜空导弹发展提供了重要依据。
The paper introduces the operation mission,operation feature and the counterwork environment of the subma rine-to-air missile.Combining with the operation flow of the submarine-to-air missile,the author defines the requirements about the submarine-to-air missile war power,formulates the operational effectiveness evaluation index system as well as makes the im provement about the traditional ADC method.As well,integrating with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this proposes the new evaluation method which caters to the submarine-to-air missile operating conditions,launches the evaluation model and analyz es all factors in the model so as to provide the significant evidences to the prospect development of submarine-to-air missile.
