摘要 目的探讨基于思维导图的PBL联合情景模拟教学对新入职护士考核成绩与教学满意度的影响。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年12月新入职护士106名为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用传统教学,观察组采用基于思维导图的PBL联合情景模拟教学,比较两组护士的考核成绩及教学满意度。结果观察组护士理论及操作考核成绩高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组护士教学满意度高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论基于思维导图的PBL联合情景模拟教学在新入职护士带教中的应用,能强化护士学习效果,提升教学满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of PBL combined scenario simulation teaching based on mind mapping on the assessment results and teaching satisfaction of newly-entered nurses. Methods To select 106 newly-entered nurses from January 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital. They were randomly divided them into control group and observation group. The control group used traditional teaching. The observation group used PBL combined scenario simulation teaching based on mind mapping. The assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of nurses were compared between the two group. Results The theoretical and operational examination scores of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The teaching satisfaction of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of PBL combined scenario simulation teaching based on mind mapping in the teaching of newly-entered nurses could strengthen the learning effect of nurses and improve teaching satisfaction.
