摘要
目的了解急诊护士工作压力现状,探讨压力应对策略。方法应用调查问卷对44名急诊护士进行调查,采用护士工作压力调查表和护士工作状况调查表调查急诊护士工作压力现状、压力源及工作状况,实施为期6个月的压力应对策略,再次应用护士工作状况调查表调查护士工作状况。结果急诊护士中度及以上工作压力的占56.82%。急诊护士工作压力主要来源于护患关系(50.00%)及护理人员自身因素(34.09%)。实施压力应对策略后,护理人员的身体状况、心理状况、护患关系和工作态度方面的评分均较实施前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊护士在工作中承受着较大的工作压力,受到多个方面因素的影响,对护士心理健康产生不良影响,应引起管理者的重视,通过采取科学的方法,有效缓解护士的工作压力,确保身心健康的同时,提高其工作效率。
Objective To investigate the current situation of work-related stress in emergency nurses,and to discuss related countermeasures.Methods The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the work-related stress of 44 nurses in the emergency room.The stress status and sources of the subjects at work were obtained and the countermeasures were carried out.All patients were investigated by a self-designed working-condition questionnaire before and 6 months afterthe implementation of the stress coping strategy.Results There were 25(56.82%)nurses suffering from moderate,severe orextremely severe range of work-related stress.The nurse-patient relationship and personal factors were two main sources of work-related stress,accounting for50.00%and 34.09%,respectively.Factorscores forthe assessment of nurses'physical condition,psychological condition,nurse-patient relationship and working attitude were improve afterthe implementation of the stress coping strategy(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency nurses are undergreat pressure at work,and there were various sources of work-related stress.Scientific stress coping strategy can help nurses to relieve stress,ensure physical and mental health,and improve work efficiency at the same time.
