摘要
将水性丙烯酸树脂、水性丙烯酸乳液、助剂及去离子水按一定比例混合均匀,加入制备好的AgNWs/PVP(纳米银线/聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)复合物,以一定量的水和乙醇作为溶剂,研磨后得到纳米银线/水性丙烯酸树脂导电油墨,探讨不同条件对导电油墨性能的影响.研究发现,当纳米银线含量15%、水性丙烯酸树脂含量25%、其他物质60%时,混合体系研磨15 min后涂覆于铜版纸上,在150℃下干燥30 s,方块电阻低至0.176Ω/□,且涂布表面平整.当纸基材料上的导电涂层在100℃~150℃烧结后,分别经2000次摩擦、40次撕拉或1000次耐弯曲后仍具有良好的导电性能.
The aqueous acrylic resin,aqueous acrylic emulsion,the auxiliary agent and deionized water are uniformly mixed in a certain ratio,then the prepared AgNWs/PVP(silver nanowires/Polyvinylpyrrolidone)composite is added with certain amount of water and ethanol,finally a AgNWs/aqueous acrylic conductive ink is obtained after grinding.The effect of different conditions on the ink performance is explored.The mixture of 15%AgNWs,25%acrylic resin and 60%other materials is ground for 15 min and coated on coated paper,then dried at 150℃for 30 s,it is found that the square resistance is as low as 0.176Ω/□and the coated surface is flat.While the sintering temperature is ranging from 100℃to 150℃,the conductive coating still has good conductivity after 2000 times of rubbing,or 40 times of tearing,or 1000 times of bending resistance.
