摘要
采用IEC60812标准的分析方法,开展了国产水下多相流量计的FMECA分析研究。元件的失效数据来自EMCRH和OREDA数据库,并使用风险矩阵进行了关键性评价。识别了关键的设备和元件的失效模式及影响;分析了现有设计中的控制措施,提出了设计改进意见及降低风险的建议。可对国产水下多相流量计的工程化应用提供参考;对其他类似水下设备的FMECA分析提供借鉴。
FMECA analysis method was applied to homemade subsea multiphase flow meter in order to investigate key unit equipment and fault mode in the system.IEC60812 standard analysis method was used and the failure data of the components were derived from the EMCRH and OREDA database.The critical evaluation was carried out by using the risk matrix.The failure modes of key equipment and components were identified and the analysis of their effects were evaluated with the consideration of the control measures in the existing design.
