摘要
目的探讨高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)/Toll样受体4(TLR4)/核因子κB(NF-κB)信号通路在DKD患者中的表达。方法选取2018年1~5月上海市龙华街道社区家庭病床DKD患者80例(DKD组)、单纯T2DM患者80例(T2DM组)及体检健康者80名(NC组)。ELISA法检测HMGB1、TLR4、白介素1β(IL-1β)、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及hsC-RP;Western blot检测外周血单个核细胞中TLR4和NF-κB的表达。结果 DKD组HMGB1、TLR4、IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α及hsC-RP高于T2DM组[(96. 69±15. 10)vs(77. 85±14. 73)μg/L,(37. 02±4. 83)vs(30. 95±4. 66)μg/L,(83. 46±28. 19)vs(72. 20±24. 33)ng/L,(39. 66±5. 50)vs(33. 05±4. 81)ng/L,(33. 17±6. 23)vs(31. 09±5. 80)ng/L,(6. 86±1. 13)vs(4. 51±0. 96)mg/L,P<0. 05],外周血单个核细胞中TLR4和NF-κB蛋白表达量升高(P<0. 01)。结论 HMGB1/TLR4/NF-κB信号通路在DKD患者中高表达。
Objective To investigate the expression of HMGB1/TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway Methods80 DKD patients(DKD group),80 patients with simple T2 DM(T2 DM group)and 80 healthy subjects(NC group)were included in this study.
