护理本科实习生形成性评价指标体系的构建与应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨护理本科实习生形成性评价指标体系的构建与应用。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月,在我院实习的护理本科实习生80名,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)与研究组(n=40)两组,对照组应用传统的终结性评价体系,研究组应用改良的Delphi法构建形成性评价体系。观察护理本科生临床实习阶段形成性评价体系指标及权重;比较两组在2017年第2季度及2018年第2季度的护理部考核评价成绩;比较两组在自身就业能力方面的自我评估得分。结果最终确定一级指标3个:教学过程、教学效果及师生因素;二级指标7个、三级指标29个。两组在2017年第2季度的综合能力评估得分情况无显著差异(P>0.05),在2018年第2季度,综合能力评估得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),提示形成性评价体系的应用效果理想研究组创新能力、管理能力、分析能力、专业能力、团队协作能力、自学能力、责任意识及适应能力方面的自我评估得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予护理本科生在临床实习阶段构建并应用形成性评价体系,可显著提高护理本科生的考核成绩。 Objective To explore construction and application of the formative evaluation index system for nursing undergraduate interns.Methods Eighty nursing undergraduate interns practicing in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into two groups,the control group(n=40)and the study group(n=40),according to the random number table method.The traditional summative evaluation system was used in the control group and the formative evaluation system constructed with the improved Delphi method was used in the study group.The formative evaluation system indices and weights of nursing undergraduates in the clinical internship stage were observed.The evaluation scores of the two groups in the second quarter of 2017 and the second quarter of 2018 in the Nursing Department were compared.The self-evaluation scores in their own employability of the two groups were compared.Results Three first-level indices:teaching process,teaching effect and teacher-student factors,7 secondary indicators and 29 tertiary indicators were finalized.The two groups were not significantly different in the comprehensive ability evaluation score in the second quarter of 2017(P>0.05).The comprehensive ability evaluation score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group in the second quarter of 2018(P<0.05),suggesting that the application effect of the formative evaluation system was ideal.The self-evaluation scores in innovation ability,management ability,analytical ability,professional ability,teamwork ability,self-learning ability,responsibility consciousness and adaptability of the study group were all significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Construction and application of the formative evaluation system in the clinical internship stage of nursing undergraduates can significantly improve their evaluation scores.
