摘要
本文采用悬架系统运动学研究方法对麦弗逊悬架系统进行研究,具体介绍了与悬架运动相关的车轮定位参数,为下一步麦弗逊悬架系统的运动学仿真分析做了铺垫。运用仿真软件ADAMS/Car对所建立的麦弗逊悬架模型进行运动学仿真,运用控制变量法,通过修改悬架结构模型中某一硬点的坐标,来分析在车轮垂向跳动情况下,车轮外倾角和主销内倾角两个车轮定位参数的变化特性。以得到悬架合适的硬点坐标使模型得到优化。为汽车麦弗逊悬架的优化提供了依据。
In this paper,the kinematics research method of suspension system is adopted to study the McPherson suspension system,and the wheel positioning parameters related to suspension movement are specifically introduced,paving the way for the next kinematics simulation analysis of McPherson suspension system.The simulation software ADAMS/Car is used to carry out kinematic simulation of the established McPherson suspension model,and the control variable method is used to analyze the change characteristics of the wheel positioning parameters of the camber and the kingpin Angle under the circumstance of vertical movement of the wheel by modifying the coordinates of a certain hard point in the suspension structure model.To obtain the appropriate hard point coordinates of the suspension to optimize the model.It provides a basis for the optimization of McPherson suspension.
