碎煤熔渣气化工艺合成甲醇项目煤气精制及制冷工艺路线选择探讨

摘要 为确定中煤鄂尔多斯能源化工有限公司二期甲醇项目气体分离工艺路线,分析了变压吸附气体分离工艺、深冷气体分离工艺流程及特点,对比了阶式制冷、循环制冷、节流膨胀制冷3种不同制冷工艺路线的液化效率及液化特性,结合项目具体情况,认为煤气精制工艺路线选择混合冷剂制冷+氮气节流制冷“双循环制冷”工艺方案较为合理。 To determine the gas separation process for Phase II Methanol Project of China Coal Ordos Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the flow and characteristics of pressure swing adsorption(PSA)gas separation process and cryogenic gas separation process were analyzed.By comparing the liquefaction efficiency and properties of three different refrigeration processes:cascade refrigeration,circulating refrigeration,and throttling expansion refrigeration,in combination with the specific situation of the project,it was considered that the reasonable gas refining process was"dual circulating refrigeration"of mixed refrigerant refrigeration+nitrogen throttling refrigeration.
