学术期刊影响因子过度自引的修正研究——自然影响因子 被引量:13

摘要 为了防止学术期刊过度自引,文章提出了自然影响因子,本质上是个二元选择函数,对于自引次数最高的期刊,自然影响因子等于他引影响因子,对于正常自引的期刊,自然影响因子等于影响因子。以CSSCI图书馆情报与文献学期刊为研究对象,基于中国知网引文数据的研究表明:图书馆情报与文献学期刊自引率与期刊影响力无关;自引次数最高期刊的影响因子、他引影响因子均值较低;自引次数最高期刊的载文量较高;自然影响因子的统计学特征与影响因子极为接近,可以有效地防止期刊过度自引,建议用自然影响因子代替影响因子评价期刊。 In order to prevent the academic journals from excessive self-citation,this paper puts forward natural impact factor,which is essentially a binary selection function.For the journal with the highest self-citation frequency,the natural impact factor is equal to the impact factor without journal self cites,and for the normal self-citation journals,the natural impact factor is equal to the impact factor.Taking the CSSCI journal of library information and philology as an research object and based on the citation data of CNKI,the research shows that the journal self-citation rate of library information and philology is not related to journal influence.For the journal with the highest self-citation frequency,the mean of the impact factor and the impact factor without journal self cites was lower,and journal article quantity is higher.The statistical characteristics of natural impact factor are very close to impact factor.It is suggested to use natural impact factor instead of impact factor to evaluate journals,which can effectively prevent journals from excessive self-citation.
