摘要
做好学生资助工作是家庭经济困难学生能否完成学业的重要保障,是促进教育公平的重要举措,是阻断贫困"代际传递"的有效途径,是全面建成小康社会的必然要求。当前我国高校的资助工作体系不断完善和发展,但仍存在对象认定失准、过程不够严谨、育人内涵弱化、跟踪管理缺失等问题。高校应当从制定精准的认定机制、建设专业的工作团队、开拓多元的资助内容、完善持续的跟踪管理着手,实现"精准资助",推进高校资助工作稳步前进。
Doing a good job in students’funding is an important guarantee for students from poor families to finish their studies,and the important measure to promote educational equity,and the effective way to interdict the"inter-generational transmission"of poverty,and the necessary requirement of building a moderately prosperous society.At present,the funding system of higher colleges in China is continuous improving and developing,but there are still some problems,such as funding object inaccurate,loosely funding process,weakened educational connotation and lack of tracking management.Higher colleges should start from formulating accurate identification mechanism,building professional working teams,exploring diversified funding contents and improving continuous tracking management,implement"precise funding"and promote the work of university funding.
