摘要 事业单位人力资源考核和管理过程中绩效制度的应用能够提高事业单位员工的工作积极性,更好地为群众服务,提高事业单位的办事效率和社会群体的满意度。论文主要针对事业单位人力资源管理过程中存在的问题进行探究,指出事业单位人力资源管理中绩效考核制度的实施标准及实施策略,希望能够充分发挥绩效考核的作用和价值,促进事业单位办事效率的提升。 The application of performance system in the process of human resources assessment and management in public institutions can improve the enthusiasm of employees,serve the masses better,and improve the efficiency of institutions and the satisfaction of social groups.This paper mainly probes into the problems existing in the process of human resources management in public institutions,and points out the implementation standards and implementation strategies of the performance appraisal system in the human resources management of public institutions,hoping to give full play to the role and value of performance appraisal and promote the improvement of the efficiency of public institutions.
