摘要
目的 探究中医针灸联合推拿对腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果.方法 选取我院2018年2月至2019年2月收治的100例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,采用双盲法随机分为试验组(50例,针灸+推拿)及对照组(50例,常规针灸).比较两组的临床疗效.结果 试验组的治疗总有效率为94.00%,明显高于对照组的78.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的腰腿疼痛、功能障碍及生活质量评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的椎旁压痛、脊柱偏歪、下肢放射痛及下肢麻木症状积分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 中医针灸联合推拿对腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果显著,能够促进患者生活质量的提高,缩短其康复时间.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese acupuncture combined with massage on patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected as the study object and randomly divided into experimental group(50 cases, acupuncture+massage) and control group(50 cases, routine acupuncture)according to the double-blind method. The clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 94.00%, which was significantly higher than 78.00% in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of pain, dysfunction and quality of life in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of paravertebral tenderness, spinal askew, lower extremity radiation pain and lower extremity numbness in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese acupuncture combined with massage on patients with lumbar disc herniation has a significant clinical effect, which can improve the quality of life of patients and shorten their rehabilitation time.
