煤矿瓦斯安全监测系统的设计分析 被引量:1

摘要 大同煤矿集团永定庄矿通风区针对煤矿传统监测装置进行瓦斯检测时精度低、自动化水平低、裂隙带瓦斯检测难度大等技术难题,设计了一套远程安全监测系统,并在8113工作面予以应用。应用效果表明,该系统可高精度对采掘工作面围岩裂隙带瓦斯浓度进行检测,检测数据误差在±0.1%,精度及自动化水平高,实现了远程监控的目的。 The ventilation area has some technical problems,such as low precision,low automation level and difficulty in gas detection in fracture zone,etc.,according to the traditional monitoring device of coal mine,a set of remote safety monitoring system is designed.Through the application effect in the later stage of 8113 working face,it is found that the system can detect the gas concentration in fracture zone of surrounding rock with high precision,and the error of detection data is±0.1%.The accuracy and automation level is high,the purpose of remote monitoring is realized,and remarkable application results have been obtained.
