摘要
随着企业孵化器、众创空间等创业孵化机构的日益发展,其在联结科技与经济发展方面的正向作用愈加凸显。研究选取31个省(区市)创业孵化机构2018年截面数据,通过构建投入产出绩效评估指标体系,综合运用DEA模型与聚类分析方法,对比分析各省创业孵化机构运作的相对效率差异,结果表明创业孵化具有明显的集群效应与扩散效应,最后从运作模式、微观管理和宏观调控3个方面阐述提升我国创业孵化绩效水准的优化对策。
With the development of business incubator,crowded innovation space and other entrepreneurship incubator,their positive role in connecting science and technology with economic development is more and more prominent.In this research,the cross section data of 31 provincial(district)business incubators in 2018 were chosen,by constructing input-output performance evaluation index system,comprehensively using DEA model and the clustering analysis method,and the provinces the relative operation efficiency differences of business incubator in various provinces were comparatively analyzed.The results showed that the start-up incubator had obvious cluster effect and diffusion effect,and finally the optimization countermeasures to promote entrepreneurship incubation performance level were described from three aspects of operation mode,micro management and macro-control.
