油葵联合收获机脱粒装置设计与试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 为提高油葵联合收获机脱粒装置的分离率,降低破损率,基于油葵种植物理特性,运用Solidworks软件进行油葵脱粒装置物理样机的设计。制作四种分离滚筒,并确保其结构形式、结构参数、作业参数和性能质量。以分离滚筒转速、喂入量和滚筒型式为影响因素,以分离率、破损率为试验指标进行油葵脱粒正交试验。试验表明:影响分离率和破损率的主次因素为滚筒形式、滚筒转速、喂入量,分离率的较优组合为纹杆式滚筒、滚筒转速为430 r/min、喂入量为2.45 kg/s,破损率的较优组合为弓齿式滚筒、滚筒转速280 r/min、喂入量为2.45 kg/s。 In order to improve the separation rate of threshing device of oil sunflower combine harvester and reduce the breakage rate,based on the physical characteristics of oil sunflower planting,the physical prototype of oil sunflower threshing device was designed by using Solidworks software.Four kinds of separating cylinder were made,and their structural form,structural parameters,operation parameters and performance quality were ensured.Taking the rotational speed of separating cylinder,feeding quantity and cylinder type as the influencing factors,the orthogonal experiment of oil sunflower threshing was carried out with the separating rate and breakage rate as the test indexes.The experimental results show that the main and secondary factors affecting the separation rate and breakage rate are separating cylinder mode,cylinder speed,feeding quantity.Optimal combination of separation rate is ribbed-rod cylinder,cylinder speed of 430 r/min and feeding quantity of 2.45 kg/s,and optimal combination of breakage rate is arch-tooth cylinder,cylinder speed of 280 r/min and feeding quantity of 2.45 kg/s.
