摘要
超声阵列检测是变压器局部放电众多检测方法中一种较为有效的方法,其基本原理是阵列传感器和阵列信号处理技术相结合的一门新的检测方法。在实际工程应用中由于阵列传感器之间的互耦误差和阵元幅相误差的存在,往往会导致空间谱估计性能降低,引起定位不成功或准确率下降,针对双局放源检测时,定位准确率明显下降。据此,文中考虑了阵列误差对双局放源超声阵列检测的影响,提出了一种阵列误差自校正算法,并依据此算法对传统的MUSIC(多重信号分类)算法进行改进,将改进后的算法应用于双局放源超声阵列检测实验中。结果表明,考虑阵列误差后的MUSIC算法对双局放源的测向误差小于8°,满足工程实际需要。
Ultrasonic array detection,which combines array sensor and array signal processing technology,is an effective method for transformer partial discharge(PD)detection. However,in engineering applications the mutual coupling errors of array sensors and the errors of amplitude and phase of array elements often lead to the performance degradation of spatial spectrum estimation,resulting in location failure or accuracy degradation. For the detection of double PD sources,the positioning accuracy is significantly reduced. In this study,the influence of array errors on the ultrasonic array detection of double PD sources was considered in order to propose an array error self-correction algorithm,and the traditional MUSIC(multiple signal classification)algorithm was improved with this algorithm. Then,the improved MUSIC algorithm was applied to the ultrasonic array detection experiment of double PD sources. The results show that the improved MUSIC algorithm considering the array error has a direction finding error of less than 8°for double PD sources,which meets the engineering need.
