吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱法测定生活饮用水中28种挥发性有机物 被引量:9

Determination of 28 volatile organic compounds in drinking water using purge and trap coupled with GC-MS

摘要 目的建立吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱法测定生活饮用水中28种挥发性有机物(VOCs)。方法采用吹扫捕集法对水样中28种VOCs进行富集,热解吸后应用气相色谱质谱法分析,选择离子模式检测,外标法定量。结果在所建立的实验条件下,28种VOCs分离效果良好,检出限在0.002μg/L^0.13μg/L,加标回收率在73.4%~122.8%,精密度(RSD)在0.3%~23.1%,各化合物线性浓度在0.1μg/L^4.0μg/L,相关系数在0.998 1~0.999 6。末梢水中主要检出的挥发性有机物为三氯甲烷、一溴二氯甲烷、二溴一氯甲烷等卤代烃类化合物。结论所建立的方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于水中28种挥发性有机物的同时测定。 Objective To established a method for the determination of 28 volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in drinking water by purge and trap-gas chromatography mass spectrometry.Methods The VOCs in water were enriched using purge and trap method,and then analyzed by GC-MS and quantified by external standard method.Results Under the established experimental conditions,the 28 VOCs were separated well,with the detection limits of 0.002 μg/L-0.13μg/L,and recovery of 73.4%-122.8%.The relative standard deviation was within 0.3%-23.1%.The linear range of VOCs was with 0.1μg/L-4.0μg/L,and correlative coefficient(r)was within 0.9981-0.9996.The main VOCs which were found in the drinking water are the by-products,such as chloroform,bromodichloromethane and chlorodibromomethane.Conclusion The method is fast,convenient and accurate.It can be applied to the simultaneous determination of 28 VOCs in water.
