摘要
目的调查静脉治疗(以下简称静疗)专科护士核心能力现状,探讨其影响因素。方法采用多阶段抽样法选取江西地区13所医院83名静疗专科护士进行调查,用静疗专科护士核心能力评价表进行评估。结果调查对象核心能力总分为(114.35±18.65)分,条目均分为(3.27±0.53)分,其中沟通协作能力维度得分最高,临床科研能力维度得分最低;不同年龄、第一学历、职称、医院等级、工作年限静疗专科护士核心能力比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论江西地区静疗专科护士核心能力处于中等水平,但仍须提高;核心能力受多种因素影响,护理管理者应采取措施重点培养低职称、工作年限短的静疗专科护士核心能力。
Objective To investigate the status quo of core competence of specialized nurses of intravenous infusion therapy(IFT)and to explore its influencing factors.Methods Eighty-three nurses from 13 hospitals in Jiangxi Province were selected by multi-stage sampling.The core competence evaluation was assessed with form for intravenous infusion specialized nurses.Results The scores of core competence and items were 114.35±18.65 and 3.27±0.53,respectively.The scores of communication and cooperation were the highest and that of clinical scientific research was the lowest.There were statistically significant differences in the core competence among nurses with different ages,first degree,professional title,hospital grade and years of work(P<0.01).Conclusion The core competence of specialized nurses in static therapy in Jiangxi Province is in the middle level,but it still needs to be improved.The core competence is affected by many factors,and nursing managers should take measures to improve the core competence of nurses with low professional title and short working years.
