摘要
目的分析持续护理质量改进在提升出院宣教落实率的效果。方法选取180例患者分为常规护理组和持续改进组行对比实验,对比两组宣教落实率及患者知识知晓率。结果持续护理改进组宣教落实率、知识知晓率均优于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论持续护理质量改进可有效提升患者出院宣教落实率,并提高其相关疾病知识知晓率,可进一步推广运用。
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement on the implementation rate of discharge education.Methods 180 patients were selected for comparison experiments.The two groups of mission implementation rate and patient knowledge awareness rate were compared.Results The implementation rate and knowledge awareness rate of the continuous nursing quality improvement group were better than those of the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improvement of continuous nursing quality can effectively improve the implementation rate of patients’discharge and promote the awareness of disease related knowledge,which can be further promoted and applied.
