摘要
针对汽车外覆盖件在自动化生产中由于修边铁屑问题造成制件表面质量缺陷现象,根据铁屑产生的不同区域逐条分析原因并提出解决方案,对于修边和切废料同时进行的工序,可对上模刀口增设刺破刀或倒三角加工;修边模正切立刀处,可控制刀口间隙,同时使立刀两侧吃入量一致;多次修边交刀处可优化工艺缺口.通过多批次生产验证,线尾全检工艺情况下返修率由原来的32%优化至7%,运转率由原来的83%提升至91%.
This paper mainly focuses on the defects of the surface quality of the parts caused by the problem of trimming iron filings in the automatic production of automobile outer panel.According to the different areas of iron filings,the reasons are analyzed one by one and the solution is proposed.For the process of trimming and cutting waste at the same time,a puncturing knife or inverted triangle processing can be added to the upper die edge;The trimming die is tangentially cut into the knife,which can control the gap of the knife edge,and at the same time make the amount of eating on both sides of the vertical knife consistent.The process gap can be optimized by trimming the knife at multiple times.Through multi-batch production verification,the repair rate under the tail-end inspection process was optimized from the original 32%to 7%,and the operation rate was increased from 83%to 91%.
