摘要
分子生物学是药学专业的一门基础课程,具有知识体系庞杂,实验性极强的特点。作为地方医学院校,立足地方,药学专业主要培养服务于地方的高素质药学人才,分子生物学教学如何与药学专业的人才培养目标相统一是教学改革面临的关键问题。本文通过分析药学专业的人才培养目标及专业特点,提出创新分子生物学实验课程内容、借助多媒体教学手段、加强科研反哺教学等方法,提升实验课程的教学效果,为培养高素质的药学专业人才提供参考。
Molecular biology is a basic course of pharmacy specialty.It has the characteristics of complex knowledge system and strong experimentation.As a local medical college,pharmacy specialty mainly trains high-quality pharmacy talents serving local areas.How to integrate molecular biology teaching with the training objectives of pharmacy specialty is the key issue facing the teaching reform.Based on the analysis of the training objectives and specialty characteristics of pharmacy specialty,this paper puts forward some methods such as innovating the content of molecular biology experiment course,using multimedia teaching means and strengthening the teaching of scientific research backfeeding,so as to improve the teaching effect of experiment course and provide reference for training high-quality pharmacy professionals.
