摘要
为保障民航飞机冬季运行安全,对飞机进行地面除冰至关重要。针对除冰供液系统中传统往复泵存在的流量脉动问题,设计了一种空间星形双凸轮泵。该泵采用两个凸轮180°对称上下布置,每个凸轮同时驱动具有规定相位角的3根活塞杆,使得整机呈空间星形多角度布局。修正五次项和正弦运动规律,设计出平滑无冲击的新型运动规律:推程为“正弦—等速—正弦”,回程为“五次项—等速—五次项”。采用解析法建立凸轮轮廓曲线数学模型,对整机进行运动学仿真,进而精确设计凸轮轮廓曲线。计算流量脉动率,并通过试验数据验证了数值模拟的合理性。该新型泵能够降低流量脉动率,实现稳定均匀供液,为民航地面特种装备的研制提供理论基础。
Ground deicing is crucial for the safety of civil airplane in winter.A new type of space star dual-cam pump is proposed,which focuses on the flow pulsation in the traditional reciprocating pump of the deicing system.The new pump adopts the dual-cam 180°symmetrical up-and-down layout.Each cam simultaneously drives three piston rods with a specified phase angle.The whole machine presents a space star multi-angular layout.A new motion law,smooth as it is,is identified by the modified Quintic polynomial and law of Sine motions.The pushing process is"Sine-Constant speed-Sine",and the return trip is"Quintic polynomial-Constant speed-Quintic polynomial".Base on the kinematics model,the new pump is simulated by the Analytic method,and thus the contour curve of the cam is accurately worked out.The experimental data verifies that the numerical simulation is rationale.The new pump reduces the rate of pulsation,which ensures the stable flow.The research provides theoretical base for the development of special ground equipment used for civil aviation.
