摘要
甘氨酸是制备除草剂草甘膦的重要原料,国内合成甘氨酸工艺以氯乙酸氨解法为主。对比氯乙酸氨解法等传统工艺,直接海因法具有绿色环保、原子利用率高、产物后处理简便等技术优势。直接海因法遵循Bucherer-Berg′s反应机理,先合成海因类化合物,而后水解合成甘氨酸。该技术对原料稳定性、反应器材质和母液套用方式等要求较高,尚处于小试、中试阶段。
Glycine is an important raw material for synthesis of glyphosate,the glycine synthesis technology in China is mainly by means of ammonolysis of chloroacetic acid.Compared with the traditional glycine sysnhesis methods,such as ammonolysis technology of chloroacetic acid,the direct Hydantoin method has the advantages of environmentally friendly,high atomic utilization rate and simple work up operation.This process follows the Bucherer-Berg’s reaction mechanism:Hydantoin compounds was firstly synthesized,followed by hydrolysis to give glycine.However,the technology is still at the stage of small-scale and pilot-scale due to high requirements for raw materials stability,reactor material and recycle application of mother liquor.
