摘要
通过拉伸试验、冲击试验和显微组织观察等方法研究了不同时效温度下φ1219 mm直径抗大变形X80钢管的各向异性行为。研究结果表明,随时效温度的升高,钢管横向和纵向的屈服和抗拉强度升高,冲击韧性降低,而纵向力学性能变化高于横向,钢管纵向具有较高的时效敏感性。同时,时效降低了钢管纵向和横向性能差距,使纵向和横向的各项异性向平衡态转变。
The anisotropic behaviors of X80 steel pipes with φ1219 mm diameter and large deformability resistant under different aging temperatures were studied by means of tensile test,impact test and microstructure observation etc. The results show that with the increase of aging temperature, the lateral and longitudinal yield strength and tensile strength of steel pipes increase but the impact toughness decreases. The change of the longitudinal mechanical properties of steel pipes is higher than that in transverse direction, and the steel pipes in longitudinal direction has higher aging sensitivity. At the same time, aging reduces the difference between longitudinal and transverse mechanical property of steel pipes, and makes the longitudinal and transverse anisotropic change to the equilibrium state.
