摘要
目的建立安徽产留兰香药材的超高效液相色谱(UPLC)指纹图谱。方法采用UPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent EclipsePlus C18,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为0.30 mL·min^-1,检测波长为210 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为1.0μL。以迷迭香酸为参照,测定10批药材样品的UPLC-UV图谱,采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》(2012版)进行共有峰标定和相似度评价。结果 10批留兰香药材UPLC指纹图谱共标定12个共有峰,10批样品的相似度均在0.9以上。结论本文所建立的指纹图谱可为安徽产留兰香药材的质量评价提供参考。
Objective To establish the UPLC fingerprints of Mentha spicata L. from Anhui. Methods UPLC was performed on the column of Agilent EclipsePlus C18 with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(gradient elution) at a flow rate of 0.30 mL·min^-1, the detection wavelength was 210 nm, the column temperature was 30℃, and the injection volume was 1.0 μL. Rosemary acid was used as a reference, the UPLC profiles of 10 batches of Mentha spicata L. were determined. Traditional Chinese medicine chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation Software(2012 Edition) was used to identify and evaluate the similarity. Results There were 12 common peaks in the UPLC fingerprints of 10 sample batches. The similarity among the 10 batches was more than 0.9. Conclusion Established fingerprints can provide reference for the quality evaluation of Mentha spicata L. in Anhui.
