摘要
表面处理对压铸模具钢的性能影响较大,介绍了软氮化表面处理工艺,将处理时间固定在120min,通过不同的温度对压铸热作模具钢(HHD钢)进行处理,探讨其表面形貌特性和冲击韧性,发现不同的处理温度对软氮化工艺的影响规律。
The influence of surface treatment on the performance of die casting die steel is obvious. It introduced the soft nitriding surface treatment process, and the processing time was 120 min, and the die casting hot working die steel(HHD) was treated in different temperature. The surface morphology and impact toughness were researched, and the influence laws of soft nitriding processwith different processing temperature were found.
