跨文化视角下医学类留学生的多维度管理——以大理大学为例

摘要 本文以医学类留学生为研究对象,总结近十年留学生教育管理工作实效,从跨文化管理视角出发,运用克拉克洪与斯乔贝克价值取向理论中的部分理论区分留学生的文化差异,理解、解释和预测该群体的文化行为。通过中国法律教育、建章立制,开展留学生喜闻乐见的课外活动及与专业相关的学术活动帮助他们建立安全意识,提高教育教学质量,助力于留学生克服文化休克,缩短跨文化适应期,快速融入中国文化。 To summarize the effectiveness of education and management for medical students in the past ten years.From the perspective of cross-cultural management,Clarkson’s and Schoenbeck’s Value Orientation Theory was used to distinguish the cultural differences among foreign students and to understand,interpret and predict their cultural behavior.Retention through Chinese legal education and constitutional system was carried out during this study.Students’favorite extracurricular activities and academic activities related to their specialties help them to build up safety awareness and improve the quality of education and teaching.Helping foreign students overcome cultural shock,shorten the period of cross-cultural adaptation,and quickly integrate into Chinese culture.
