摘要
编辑工作的边缘化和跨界是社会分工的结果,但编辑学始终未能成为社会广泛认可的显学。很多人认为人工智能时代算法已经可以处理信息和人的连接、获取关系,编辑这个专业行将末路。此情境下,编辑应当积极地拥抱新技术,不应忘记或错误地理解编辑的本质。文章在梳理编辑专业、职业核心能力演变和迭代的思考中,提出编辑学应该以信息管理为核心建立学科基础,编辑的核心能力应围绕信息内容的筛选、优化、传播三个核心展开。文章从内容价值洞察能力,内容价值重组和信息优化能力,内容价值传播、分发和运营能力三方面加强编辑核心竞争力的塑造。
The marginalization and cross-border nature of editorial work is the result of social division of labor, but editorial science has not been widely recognized by society. Many people think that in the era of artificial intelligence, algorithms can already handle the connection between information and people as well as the acquisition of relationship. Editing as a professin will come to the its end. In this situation, editors should actively embrace new technologies and should not forget or misunderstand the nature of editing. The article combs through the development of editorial profession and the evolution of its core competence. It also puts forward that the construction of editing as a discipline should be based on information management, and the core competence of editing should be centered on the three core areas including information content selection, optimization and dissemination. The article suggests strengthening the core competence of editing from three aspects: the ability of perception, reorganization and information optimization, and the ability of value and content dissemination, distribution and operation.
