职业延迟满足对三级甲等医院男护士心理资本和工作绩效的中介作用 被引量:9

Mediating role of occupational delayed satisfaction on mental capital and work performance of male nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals

摘要 目的探讨三级甲等医院男护士职业延迟满足、心理资本和工作绩效的状况及其关系。方法采用便利抽样法,于2017年12月-2018年5月在郑州市5所三级甲等医院选取240名注册执业男护士作为调查对象,采用一般资料问卷、职业延迟满足量表、心理资本量表和工作绩效量表对男护士进行调查。结果男护士职业延迟满足总分为21.58±3.42,心理资本总分为82.05±14.34,工作绩效总分为76.42±12.84;职业延迟满足与工作绩效呈正相关(r=0.648,P<0.01),心理资本与工作绩效呈正相关(r=0.722,P<0.01),职业延迟满足与心理资本呈正相关(r=0.612,P<0.01)。职业延迟满足在三级甲等医院男护士心理资本与工作绩效间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比例为36.00%。结论三级甲等医院男护士职业延迟满足在心理资本和工作绩效间起部分中介作用,提高其职业延迟满足水平有助于提高其工作绩效。 Objective To explore the status and relationship of occupational delay of satisfaction,psychological capital and job performance of male nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals. Methods Using convenience sampling method, 240 registered male nurses were selected from five grade-A tertiary hospitals in Zhengzhou City from December 2017 to May 2018 as the research subjects. The male nurses were investigated with general information questionnaire,occupational delay of satisfaction scale,psychological capital scale and work performance scale. Results The total score of male nurses’ occupational delay of gratification was 21.58 ±3.42, the total score of psychological capital was 82.05 ±14.34, and the total score of job performance was 76.42 ±12.84. Occupational delay of gratification was positively correlated with job performance(r=0.648, P<0.01). Psychological capital was positively correlated with job performance(r=0.722, P<0.01), and career delay satisfaction was positively correlated with psychological capital(r=0.612, P<0.01). Occupational delay of gratification played a part of mediating role between psychological capital and job performance of male nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals and the proportion of mediating effect was 36.00%.Conclusion Occupational delay of satisfaction partially mediates psychological capital and job performance of male nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals. Improving their level of occupational delay of satisfaction is helpful to improve their job performance.
