摘要
创新创业能力强的海洋专业人才是我国海洋经济发展的关键.实践教学是培养学生创新创业能力的重要环节,构建有效的实践教学体系对海洋专业人才培养意义重大.为提高人才培养质量,从培养学生创新创业能力出发,广西民族大学海洋与生物技术学院探索构建以创新创业能力培养为核心的"三阶段"的实践教学体系,将创新创业能力培养融入专业教育之中,贯穿人才培养全过程,有效地提高了学生的创新创业能力,以期为地方本科高校开展海洋科学专业实践教学提供借鉴.
The key to the development of marine economy in China is marine professionals with strong innovation and entrepreneurship ability. Practical teaching is the main part in training students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability in universities. Therefore, it is important to construct an effective practical teaching system for training marine professionals. In order to increase the training quality of marine professionals, reform of practical teaching were explored and performed in School of Marine Science and Biotechnology in Guangxi University for Nationalities. The practical system of "three-stage" were constructed and the innovation and entrepreneurship ability training were integrated with the professional education in the whole process of talent training. The reform shows a great effect and could provide reference for the cultivation of marine practical innovative talents in universities.
