基于ZigBee的列车车厢安全警告系统的设计

摘要 针对列车监控措施不完善可能存在的安全隐患,为实现车厢内异常情况的及时、准确报警,提出一种基于ZigBee的列车车厢安全警告系统实现方案,设计了总体架构及各节点的软硬件结构,详述了各模块工作流程及实现过程.系统包括传感器节点、ZigBee路由器、协调器、视频模块和智能终端.对声音传感器通过ZigBee路由器采集到的分贝数进行阈值判断处理后发送给协调器,由视频模块对报警车厢内的视频进行人工智能分析,最后将详细报警信息发送至智能终端.系统开发成本低、安装维护方便,完善了列车车厢监控设施,既保证了警告的精度与实时性,又可手动设置阈值、解除警报等,具有较强的可扩展性与可移植性,对提高列车运行中的安全性具有实际意义. Aiming at the potential safety hazards that may exist in the incomplete train monitoring measures,in order to achieve the timely and accurate alarm of abnormalities,a scheme of train carriage safety warning system based on ZigBee is proposed.The overall system architecture and the software and hardware structure of each node are designed.Meanwhile,the workflow and implementation process of each module are elaborated in detail.The system includes five parts:sensor node,router,coordinator,video module and intelligent terminal.Through the ZigBee router module,the decibels collected by the sound sensor are processed through threshold judgment and sent to the coordinator.Then the video module adopts artificial intelligence method to recognize and analyze the video of the alarm carriage.Finally,the detailed alarm information is sent to the intelligent terminal.The system development cost is low and its installation and maintenance is convenient.It improves the monitoring facilities of train carriages,which can not only guarantee the accuracy and real-time of the safety warning,but also can set the threshold value and remove warning manually.It has strong expansibility and portability,which is of practical significance for improving the safety of train operation.
