摘要
目的:研究优质护理在腹腔镜下行小儿疝气高位结扎手术中的效果及对治疗依从性的影响。方法:选取2017年11月-2019年1月在本院进行腹腔镜下小儿疝气高位结扎手术治疗的患儿98例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各49例。研究组采取优质护理模式,对照组采取常规护理模式。比较两组患儿QOL评分、并发症发生率、住院时间、手术时间和对护理的依从度。结果:对照组的QOL各项评分均低于研究组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的并发症发生率2.0%,低于对照组38.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组依从度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在腹腔镜下行小儿疝气高位结扎手术中,应用优质护理模式取得了较为理想的护理效果,缩短了患儿的术中和住院时间,降低了患儿的并发症发生率,提高了治疗的依从性,有利于患儿的身心健康,值得在临床中进行推广。
Objective: To study the effect of quality nursing in laparoscopic high ligation of children’s hernia and the effect on treatment compliance. Method: A total of 98 children with high ligation of hernia under laparoscopy who treated in our hospital from November 2017 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, 49 cases in each group. The study group adopts quality nursing mode, while the control group adopts routine nursing mode. The general data, QOL score, complication rate, length of stay, operation time and compliance with nursing were compared between the two groups. Result: The QOL scores of the control group were lower than those of the study group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The complication rate of the study group was 2.0%, which was lower than 38.8% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: In laparoscopic high ligation of children’s hernia, the application of quality nursing mode has achieved ideal nursing effect, shortened the operation and hospitalization time of children, reduced the incidence of complications of children, improved the compliance of treatment, which is conducive to the physical and mental health of children, and is worth promoting in clinical practice.
