摘要
生物医药产业做为河北省战略性新兴产业的主攻方向之一,近年来加速发展趋势明显,人才队伍做为产业发展的基础与直接动力必须大力跟进。文章通过对河北省生物医药产业人才队伍现状的调查研究,分析了河北省生物医药产业人才队伍存在的不足,即创新力仍显不足、产业后备人才与培养力量不足、企业人才直接投入分化明显以及人才载体平台建设不足,并针对存在的问题,提出了以生物医药产业京津冀协同发展推动人才聚集、坚持人才引进与自主培养并重、充分激发企业人才开发的主体意识以及加强人才平台载体建设四个方面的建议。
Biomedical industry is one of the strategic emerging industries in Hebei province,in recent years,its accelerating trend of development is more and more obvious,as the foundation and direct power of industrial devel opment,the talent team must follow up vigorously.Through the investigation and research on the current situation of the talent team in the biomedical industry of Hebei province,this study analyzes the shortcomings of the talent team,including:the innovation ability is still insufficient,the industrial reserve talent and the training strength is insuffi cient,the enterprise talent direct investment differentiation is obvious,and the talent carrier platform construction is insufficient.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward four suggestions which are to promote the tal ent gathering through the coordinated development of biomedical industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,to attach equal importance to talent introduction and independent training,to fully stimulate the subject consciousness of enterprise talent development,and to strengthen the construction of talent platform and carrier.
