摘要
文中从物流管理专业人才的能力需要出发,构建CDIO能力大纲体系,并将CDIO工程教育理念与基于学习产出教育(OBE)模式相结合,提出以能力实现为目标、以项目为载体关联相关课程和知识进行OBE教学设计的核心思想。最后用动态批量订货能力培养的教学设计对该思想做了进一步的说明。
This paper starts from the capacity needs of logistics management professionals,constructs the CDIO competency outline system,and combines the CDIO engineering education concept with Outcome-based Education( OBE)model. The core idea of OBE instructional design is proposed with the aim of capability realization and project-related related courses and knowledge. Finally,the idea is further explained by the teaching design of dynamic batch ordering ability training.
