摘要
高职学生以小微企业作为创业初始目标是一个合理选择,因为其可以获得利好性政策的支持,自身拥有一定的创业能力,也能从高校获得创业支持。但目前高职院校对学生创业能力培养的实效性还不突出,主要是创业类课程的效果不明显,给予学生的创业支持不够。针对上述问题,高职院校在学生创业能力培养上应该梳理创业教育体系,建立阶梯式能力培养模式,优化创业课程教学并完善创业保障。
It is a reasonable choice for higher vocational students to take small and micro enterprises as the initial goal of starting a business, since it is supported by favorable policies. Besides, their own entrepreneurial competence will win them support from their colleges.However, current cultivation of students’ entrepreneurial competence in higher vocational colleges has not displayed prominent effectiveness.The main reasonsare that entrepreneurship courses are not bringing obvious results and that there is not enough support for students to start their own businesses.In view of the above problems, higher vocational colleges should readjust the entrepreneurship education system, establish a step-by-step ability training model, optimizethe teaching of entrepreneurship course and improve the guaranteesystemof entrepreneurship.
