摘要
炼油装置加热炉排烟温度一般为120~150℃,受低温露点腐蚀的影响,无法进一步回收烟气低温余热。改性莫来石陶瓷具有耐腐蚀性能强、导热系数高、价格低廉等特性,由其制成的蜂窝间壁式空气预热器结构强度高,特别适用于露点温度以下的烟气余热回收。利用改性莫来石陶瓷研制了一台热负荷为30 kW的陶瓷空气预热器,进行了热态试验,结果表明:陶瓷空气预热器烟气侧适宜孔流速为13.5~16 m/s,空气侧适宜孔流速为15~18 m/s,空气预热器换热系数为27~31 W/(m^2·K);该陶瓷空气预热器具有良好的耐蚀性能、传热性能、耐温性能及密封性能,能够抑制低温露点腐蚀,满足深度回收烟气低温余热的要求。
At present, the temperature of exhaust gas from heating furnace in refineries is 120~150 ℃. Due to dew point corrosion, it is impossible to further recover low temperature waste heat from the flue gas. Because modified mullite ceramics have the characteristics of strong corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity and low cost, honeycomb wall air preheater made of this material has high strength which is especially suitable for waste heat recovery of the flue gas below dew point temperature. An air preheater with 30 kW heat load made of modified mullite was studied by thermal test. The results showed that suitable velocity on the flue gas side was 13.5~16 m/s, while that on the air side was 15~18 m/s;heat transfer coefficient of the air preheater was 27~31 W/(m^2·K). The ceramic air preheater has good corrosion resistance, heat transfer performance, temperature resistance and sealing performance which can resistant to low temperature dew point corrosion, meet the requirement of low temperature waste heat recovery from the flue gas, and improve the thermal efficiency of heating furnace.
