摘要
监控系统是保障矿用通风机高运行效率及高作业安全的重要系统,不断提高监控系统的综合性能,已成为当下企业提高通风机综合性能的重要改进方向。因此,结合辛置煤矿中FBD型通风机监控系统存在问题,对该系统中的PLC模块、振动变送器等关键部分进行了设计分析,最终将改进后的监控系统在FBD型通风机中进行了应用测试。测试表明,该监控系统各项功能更加齐全,满足使用需求,具有一定的可行性。该研究对提高通风机的的综合性能具有重要作用,也为后期开展监控系统的升级研究提供重要参考。
Monitoring system is an important system to ensure the high operation efficiency and high operation safety of mine ventilator. Continuously improving the comprehensive performance of the monitoring system has become an important improvement direction for enterprises to enhance the comprehensive performance of the ventilator. Therefore, combined with the problems of the FBD fan monitoring system in Yulin Mine, based on the monitoring system, the overall scheme design of the system was carried out, and the PLC module, vibration transmitter and other key parts of the system were designed and analyzed. Finally, the improved monitoring system was applied in the FBD fan test, the test showed that the monitoring system functions can better meet the use needs of the FBD type coal mine ventilator, with a certain feasibility.This research played an important role on improving the comprehensive performance of the ventilator, and also provided an important reference for the later research on the upgrading of the monitoring system.
