孪生结构ZnO的可控合成与光催化性能研究

摘要 采用水热法制备了具有孪生结构的ZnO材料。通过改变锌盐的种类,在油胺和十二醇为溶剂的合成体系中获得了不同尺寸和形貌的孪生结构的ZnO,并研究了孪生结构ZnO可能的形成机理。此外,光催化实验表明所合成的孪生棒状ZnO比孪生片状ZnO具有更好的光催化性能,这与材料的尺寸、形貌密切相关。 A facile hydrothermal method has been introduced to fabricate twinning ZnO structures.By involving the different zinc salts,ZnO twinning structures with various sizes and morphologies were obtained in the presence of oleylamine and dodecanol.Meanwhile,the possible formation mechanism of the resultant ZnO twinning structures has been investigated.Furthermore,the as-obtained twinning rod-like ZnO showed better photocatalytic properties than the twinning plate-like ZnO.The difference in sizes and shapes of twinning ZnO structures may play an important role in the photocatalytic process.
