飞机惰化引气模拟系统设计及实现 被引量:1

摘要 根据飞机惰化系统所需的引气技术指标,设计并实现了引气模拟系统及其控制系统。采用电液伺服控制技术实现引气压力控制,采用温控仪及可控硅调功器和K型热电偶等实现引气温度控制,基于LabVIEW及信号调理实现系统数据的采集及过程控制。气源出口压力采用继电器开关控制空压机启停实现,引气压力和温度采用PID控制算法实现。试验结果表明,引气模拟系统能够实现惰化入口要求的引气压力和温度,其控制精度满足要求。 According to the aircraft inert system technical target,a bleed air simulation system is designed and implemented.The pressure control system was implemented by electro-hydraulic servo system.The temperature control system was implemented by temperature controller,Thyristor tuner and K-Thermocouple.The system data acquisition and process control was implemented by LabVIEW software and signal conditioning.The air source export pressure regulation was implemented by means of relay switch to control the compressor starting and turning off.The bleed air pressure and temperature were implemented by proportion integral derivative(PID)control algorithm.The test result shows that bleed air simulation system can meet inert system inlet required pressure and temperature,and the system control precision meets the demanded technical target.
