摘要
针对目前高职院校面临的招生生源变化,学生学业、职业规划变化,以及用人单位人才需求变化,苏州工业园区职业技术学院以三年为周期,对三门公共基础课程实施分类分层教学改革,不仅总结了一套“三一三二”教改模式,而且取得了良好成效,为高职院校研究并推进分类分层教学提供了参考。
In view of the changes in enrollment students,student academics,career planning changes and changes in the talent needs of employers that higher vocational colleges are faced with,Suzhou Industrial Park Vocational and Technical College implements a hierarchical and tiered teaching reform for the three public foundation courses on a three-year basis.It not only summarizes a set of“three-one-three-two”education reform model,but also achieve good results,providing a reference for higher vocational colleges to study and promote classified and layered teaching.
