摘要
近距离煤层开采的煤柱底板巷道受上层工作面留设煤柱高支承压力作用的影响,会产生较大破坏变形。本文以西山晟聚煤业29102副巷为工程背景,分析了煤柱底板巷道围岩的力学效应,提出"U型钢棚+锚索+底板锚网索"的环形整体支护优化方案。通过监测,顶底板和两帮最大变形量分别为32mm和56mm,该方案较好地控制了煤柱底板巷道围岩变形。
Under the influence of the high supporting pressure of the coal pillar left in the upper working face,the coal pillar floor roadway in the close coal seam mining will produce a large amount of damage and deformation.Based on the engineering background of 29102 auxiliary roadway in Xishan Shengju Coal Industry,this paper analyzes the mechanical effect of the surrounding rock of the roadway with coal pillar and floor,and puts forward the ring overall support optimization scheme of"U-shaped steel shed+anchor cable+anchor mesh cable on the floor".Through monitoring,the maximum deformation of roof and floor and two sides are 32 mm and 56 mm respectively,which can control the surrounding rock deformation of coal pillar and floor roadway.
